Artichokes Roast beef Meat Salad

Artichokes roast beef meat salad is served with a creamy sauce that is spicy. For the meat salad roast beef cold cuts in strips cut. Drain the artichokes and cut into quarters. Quarter the tomatoes. Cut the shallot into fine slices. Spread a few leaves of Lollo Rosso on plates. Arrange roast beef, artichokes, tomatoes and shallots on top for the meat salad. Mix boursin, yoghurt, mayonnaise, cream and mustard. Chop pepper grains finely and mix in. Season with Worcester, Tabasco and soy sauce. Cut leek into fine rolls and stir in. Spread the sauce over the artichoke roast beef meat salad.
