Cattle broth

Beef broth is a strong, clear broth that can be used as a basis for hearty soups and stews. Put the meat in a soup pot and cover with water. Soups Clean vegetables and parsley root, peel, cut into coarse pieces and add meat to the soup. Peel an onion and add in the piece. Season the beef broth with a bay leaf, a clove, juniper berries and black peppercorns. Cover with a lid, bring the beef broth to the boil once and season with salt. Reduce the temperature to medium and let the beef broth simmer gently for about 90 minutes. Pour the beef broth through a sieve and continue to use as desired. The beef broth can also be frozen very well in portions.
