|1 packet||Vanilla Pudding Powder|
|0,4 l||Apple juice|
|90 g||Blue Wine Grapes|
|90 g||Green Wine Grapes|
|30 g||Apricot jam|
Apple Pudding is an autumnal dessert, which is prepared with a creamy cream and tastes intensely like apple. Pour vanilla pudding powder with sugar into a small bowl and stir with some apple juice until smooth. Pour the rest of the apple juice into a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir the mixed pudding powder into the hot apple juice and simmer for approx. 1 minute. Pour the apple pudding into a bowl and place a piece of cling film directly on the apple pudding so that no skin forms. Place the bowl in cold water to cool more quickly. When completely cold, whip the cream until stiff and stir into the apple pudding at low speed using a hand mixer. Fill the apple pudding into dessert glasses. Cut half an unpeeled apple into fine slices and, as shown in the picture above, arrange on the apple pudding. Halve the blue and green grapes, remove the seeds and decorate the apple pudding with the grapes. Pour apricot jam into a small saucepan and bring to the boil with 1/2 tablespoon water. Brush the apricot jam still hot with a baking brush over the apples and grapes. Place the apple pudding in the fridge until serving.
