Flamm cake with salmon

250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,25 tsp Salt
20 g Yeast
6 tbsp Milk
0,5 tsp Sugar
1 Eggs
1 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
150 g Sour cream
1 tbsp Horseradish
White Pepper
Dried dill
1 White Onion
200 g Smoked Salmon

Flamm cake with salmon is prepared with smoked salmon and gets a light piquancy from horseradish. Season flour with salt. Mix fresh yeast with lukewarm milk and sugar and knead with an egg and oil under the flour. The dough should loosen loosely from the bowl edge. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Preheat baking oven to 225° C. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface into two thin elongated flame cakes and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season the sour cream with freshly grated horseradish, pepper and dill. Spread the sour cream on the flame cake. Cut an onion into fine slices and spread the cake over the flame. Pluck the salmon into pieces and cover the flame cake with them. Bake Flamm cake with salmon on the lowest rack for 12 to 15 minutes.
