Chicken with Tahini Sauce & Pita

Chicken with Tahini sauce can be prepared in a grill pan or on the grill. The chicken meat is marinated and can be kept in the fridge overnight. For the marinade, mix 75 g Greek yoghurt with 1 tsp white wine vinegar and 1 tsp lemon juice each and season with ground pepper, salt and two pressed garlic cloves. The other clove of garlic is used later. Season the marinade with a pinch of cardamom and cayenne pepper, turn the chicken breast fillet in it and leave to stand in the refrigerator. For the Tahini sauce 150 g Greek yoghurt with 10% fat content and Tahina sesame paste are stirred. Season the Tahina sauce with 3 teaspoons lemon juice and a clove of garlic, pepper and salt. For the side dish, pick lettuce, quarter cocktail tomatoes and cut shallots into fine slices. Oil a grill pan or the grill grate and heat it up. Remove the chicken from the marinade, drain slightly and grill for about 10 minutes at medium temperature. Cut the chicken diagonally into slices, as you can see in the picture above. Toast pita brightly in toaster. Serve chicken with tahini sauce, salad and pita on plates.
