Turkey upper leg is braised in the oven after browning, which makes it tender and juicy. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Soup vegetables clean and cut into small pieces. Braise for another 15 minutes. Let turkey leg rest a little before cutting. Mix starch flour with a little cold water. Bring the sauce to the boil briefly. Bind with starch flour.
