Danish Hot Dog Pizza

Danish Hot Dog Pizza
Quantity Ingredient
10 g Fresh yeast
6 tbsp Milk
6 tbsp Water
0,5 tsp Sugar
175 g Wheat Flour Type 405
25 g Hard wheat semolina
0,25 tsp Salt
0,5 tbsp Sunflower Oil
50 g Tomato puree
1 tbsp Ketchup
90 g Mozzarella cheese
3 Vienna sausages
50 g Cucumber salad
20 g Roast Onions
20 g Danish Remoulade

Danish hot dog pizza tastes like hot dog, except that the hot dog roll is replaced by a special pizza dough. Crumble the fresh yeast and pour into a small bowl. Warm the milk and water lukewarm and add to the yeast with the sugar. Dissolve the yeast and leave to rise for about 5 minutes until small bubbles form on the surface. Mix flour with hard wheat semolina and salt. First knead the yeast solution and sunflower oil with the dough hooks. If necessary, add a little more water until the dough loosely separates from the edge of the bowl. Finally knead the yeast dough by hand until smooth and roll it out to a round pizza. Roll the edge of the pizza slightly inwards so that it becomes a little higher. Place the pizza on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover with a clean tea towel and leave to rise for about 10 minutes in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 250°. Mix tomato puree with ketchup and spread on the pizza. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and sprinkle over the pizza. Cut the Wiener Würstchen in half lengthwise, as you can see in the picture above, and cut the ends off a piece if necessary. Arrange the sausages in a star shape on the pizza. Well drained Danish cucumber salad is distributed in the interspaces. Bake Danish Hot Dog Pizza on the lowest rack for approx. 12-15 minutes until the edge begins to brown. Sprinkle Danish Hot Dog Pizza with roasted onions and spread some Danish Remoulade on the sausages.
