Ducks Breast Wraps

These ducks breast wraps are prepared in an Asian way. Preheat the oven to 125° C. Cut the fat layer of ducks breast several times. Heat a roaster without adding fat and fry the ducks breast on the skin side for 5 minutes. This causes a lot of fat to escape. Turn duck breast and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn back to the skin side and season the meat with pepper and salt. Pour a tablespoon of roast fat into a pan. Pour the wine into the roaster. Turn the ducks breast inside and turn the meat side down. Duck breast without lid on the middle rail in the oven fry 25 minutes. Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips. Cut China cabbage into strips. Rinse and drain the soybeans. Peel the ginger and cut into fine cubes. Wrap duck breast in aluminium foil and let rest for a few minutes. Heat the frying fat in the pan and fry the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes. Heat a second pan without fat and heat wrap tortillas in it for 2 to 3 seconds. Place the vegetables as broad strips in the middle of the wraps. Cut duck breast into strips and place on top. Sprinkle the chilli sauce over it and roll up the wraps firmly.
