Carrots with dip

Carrots with dip is a light little snack that tastes refreshing and is a healthy alternative to snacks. Stir cream cheese with curd and milk until smooth. Season the dip with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Stir in dried parsley or if at hand fresh parsley and finely diced gherkins. Clean the leek and onions, cut into fine rings and mix into the dip. Peel the carrots with a peeler, cut off the end pieces and cut the carrots into small sticks, as shown in the picture above. Arrange carrots with dip in small bowls or on plates. Even tender raw kohlrabi tastes very good with this dip.
