Blue Cheese Dressing is a spicy salad dressing, which can also be served with baked potatoes, baked potatoes, jacket potatoes or grill sauce. Season the mayonnaise with pepper from the mill and Worcester sauce. Salt is not necessary because the Gorgonzola is already spicy enough. Mix the dressing with a little freshly squeezed lemon juice. Peel garlic and a mild white onion, cut into coarse pieces and press both through the garlic press so that the onion is also very finely chopped. It is also possible to grate the onion finely if necessary, but this is a bit more expensive. Mix both with the dressing and add finely chopped parsley. Add creamy gorgonzola to the dressing and mix finely with a blender. Gradually add as much milk as necessary to achieve the desired consistency, as shown in the picture above. Place the Blue Cheese dressing in the refrigerator until covered and serve. It thickens a bit, so that you might have to stir in some milk.
