Bread spread with tuna fish

Bread spread with tuna tastes especially good with fresh white bread, baguette, rolls or toast. For the spread, first season mayonnaise with pepper, salt and Worcester sauce. Dice onion, gherkins, olives and capers as finely as possible. Mix with the mayonnaise. Chop parsley finely and mix in. Drain tuna and add. Mix the bread spread with the tuna. As the bread spread with tuna is juicy enough, no butter is needed to spread the bread slices.
