Poultry salad with pineapple
Quantity Ingredient
200 g Turkey breast
1 tbsp Soy Oil
Pepper & Salt
0,5 Tins of pineapple
50 g Leek Onions
150 g Yogurt
2 tbsp Salad Cream

For poultry salad with pineapple turkey breast cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry turkeys all around and season with pepper, salt and curry. Pour turkey meat into a salad bowl and let cool. Cut the pineapple from the tin into pieces, drain well and mix with the turkey meat. Leek onions clean, in thin strips cut and over the poultry salad with pineapple strew. For the salad sauce, stir yoghurt with salad cream until smooth and season with pepper, salt and curry. Spread the salad sauce over the poultry salad with pineapple.
