Spaghetti with hunter sauce

Spaghetti with hunter sauce is prepared with fresh mushrooms and chanterelles from the jar. Cook the spaghetti. Cut brown mushrooms into slices. Dice onion. Fry bacon cubes in corn oil until crispy. Add ground beef. Sear vigorously. Add onions and mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are soft. Deglaze with white wine. Pour in vegetable stock. Drain the chanterelles from the jar and add. Bring the Jäger Sauce to the boil briefly. Thicken with dark sauce binder. Season Jäger Sauce with ground pepper, salt and herbs de Provence. Turn the heat down to the lowest setting. Stir the crème fraîche into the Jäger Sauce. Drain the spaghetti. Distribute on plates. Arrange spaghetti with Jäger Sauce. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
