Chop Suey with pork fillet
Quantity Ingredient
250 g Pork fillet
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Hoi Sin Sauce
2 tbsp Sake wine
0,25 tsp Sambal Oelek Paste
2 Garlic cloves
10 g Ginger
80 g Basmati rice
0,25 Vegetables Onion
2 tbsp Peanut Oil
250 g Frozen Chop Suey

Chop Suey with pork fillet is served in a hot sauce. Cut the pork fillet into thin slices. For the marinade of Chop Suey mix soy sauce, Hoi Sin sauce and sake. Stir in Sambal Oelek. Peel the garlic and ginger. Press both through the garlic press and stir into the marinade. Turn the pork fillet in the marinade several times. Boil rice in salt water. Cut the vegetable onion into strips. Heat in a wok of oil. Drain the pork tenderloin well and sauté briefly, remove from the wok and place on a plate. Fry the onions and Chop Suey in a wok for 6 to 7 minutes at medium heat while stirring. Add the pork fillet again and heat briefly. Pour the marinade over the Chop Suey with pork fillet and serve with rice.
