Artichokes Potato Salad

400 g Boiling Potatoes
0,1 l Vegetable broth
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Mustard
Pepper & Salt
5 g Sugar
1 tsp Pink pepper grains
200 g Artichoke Hearts
50 g Cooked ham
1 tbsp Smooth parsley

Artichoke Potato Salad is prepared with pickled artichoke hearts. Pell potatoes boil. Cool, peel and slice. Pour into a bowl. Pour hot broth over the potatoes. Mix oil, vinegar and mustard. Season with pepper, salt and a pinch of sugar and mix in. Sprinkle peppercorns over the salad. artichokes hearts drip off. Quarter lengthwise. Add to the salad. Dice the ham. Sprinkle the potato salad over the artichokes. Cut the parsley into fine strips and add. Artichokes potato salad cover. Put it in the fridge. Allow to infuse for 60 minutes.
