Brandy Alexander is one of the classics among cocktails and is said to have been created in 1922 on the occasion of the wedding of Princess Mary in London. Brandy Alexander is also known from several films. Pour ice cubes into a shaker and pour brandy over it. Add the brown Cacao cream and fill up with cooled liquid cream. Shake the Brandy Alexander vigorously and pour it through a strainer into a cocktail glass. Shortly before serving, sprinkle the Brandy Alexander with a little nutmeg, as can be seen in the picture above. Brandy Alexander tastes slightly sweet with an intense cocoa taste.
