Cappelletti with minced meat

Cappelletti with minced meat are served in a creamy cheese sauce. Peel a small onion and cut into cubes. Clean the leeks and cut into rings. Clean and quarter the brown mushrooms. Cut the streaky bacon into small cubes. Heat up sunflower oil in a frying pan, fry the minced meat vigorously in it and crush with the turner. Add onions and mushrooms and sauté at high temperature until brown. Reduce the temperature, add leeks and fry lightly. Season the minced meat with pepper from the mill and salt. Peel the garlic, press through the garlic press and stir into the minced meat. Pour in the meat stock, stir in the sour cream and melt the cream in the processed cheese. Lightly thicken the cheese sauce with sauce thickener, as shown in the picture above. Cook Cappelletti in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, pour into a sieve and drain. Mix cappelletti with minced meat and serve on deep plates.
