Turkey sliced with couscous

Turkey strips with couscous taste very tender and juicy. Dice the onion. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pot. Sauté half of the onions and couscous. Add 0.15 l stock and bring to the boil briefly. Let the couscous soak for 10 minutes at a low temperature. Cut the parsley into strips and mix into the couscous shortly before serving. Cut avocado into cubes and mix with lemon juice. Cut the chilli into fine rings and remove the seeds. Heat 3 tsp oil in a frying pan. Brown the turkeys briefly. Add the remaining onions and chilli. Fold in avocado and season turkey strips with pepper and salt. Pour in 0.15 l stock and stir in fresh cheese. Bring the turkey strips to the boil briefly. Mix the starch with a little cold water and thicken the sauce. Serve the turkey strips with couscous and decorate with lemon slices and parsley.
