Asia Wrap with turkey filet

Asia Wrap is prepared with tender juicy turkey filet and tastes slightly sweetish hot due to the sweet chilli sauce. Cut the turkey fillet into fine strips and fill into a bowl. Mix the soy sauce with the turkey fillet and season with ground pepper, curry, paprika powder and ginger powder. Since the soy sauce already tastes salty, no additional salt is needed. Cut half a green pepper lengthwise into thin strips. Peel an onion, cut in half and also cut lengthwise into strips. Heat peanut oil in a coated pan or wok and sauté the turkey fillet briefly at high temperature. Switch the temperature back to the middle level. Add paprika and onions and fry briefly. Stir in the sweet chilli sauce and keep warm at a low heat. Rinse two large leaves of iceberg lettuce and dry with a salad spinner. Heat the wrap tortillas briefly in a frying pan without adding any fat. Place 1 sheet of iceberg lettuce on each wrap and spread the filling lengthwise in the middle. Roll up the Asia Wrap firmly and cut it diagonally in the middle. It is best to wrap the ends of the Asia Wrap in aluminium foil so that the filling does not fall out when eating.
