Chocolate Pudding with Eggs Liqueur
Quantity Ingredient
1 packet Chocolate Pudding Powder
2 tbsp Sugar
0,5 l Milk
20 g Almond Sticks
150 g Pears
3 tbsp Eggs Liqueur

Chocolate pudding with egg liqueur harmonizes particularly well with a ripe sweet Williams Christ pear and reminds tastefully of pear Helene. Mix chocolate pudding powder with sugar. Remove 6 tablespoons of the milk and mix with the chocolate pudding powder until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and let thicken for approx. 1 minute while stirring. Divide the chocolate pudding into three dessert glasses and allow to cool. Place the almond sticks in a butter pan without adding any fat and sauté lightly while stirring until the almond sticks begin to smell. Place the cooled chocolate pudding in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until serving. Shortly before serving, halve a pear, peel and carefully cut out the core. Divide the bulb into three parts and cut it open like a fan, as can be seen in the picture above. Leave a small bridge on one side so that the compartments do not fall apart. Place a piece of pear on each chocolate pudding and sprinkle with almond sticks. Sprinkle chocolate pudding with egg liqueur and serve immediately.
