Spaghetti Tomato Mozzarella

Spaghetti Tomato Mozzarella is prepared with particularly aromatic buffalo mozzarella. Cook the spaghetti. Halve the cocktail tomatoes. Drain and dice the buffalo mozzarella. Finely dice onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion and garlic. Add the tomato. Sauté and deglaze with white balsamic vinegar. Season tomato with salt and pepper from the mill. Drain the spaghetti and add to the pan. Mix in the buffalo mozzarella. Cut basil into fine strips. Arrange the Spaghetti Tomato Mozzarella. Sprinkle spaghetti with basil and ground pepper.
