Chervil dip with bread chips can be prepared quickly and easily. The chervil dip tastes particularly aromatic when fresh chervil is used. Brown the sunflower seeds in a small coated pan without adding any fat until they begin to smell. This makes the sunflower seeds more aromatic and gives them more bite. Let the sunflower seeds cool down again. Pour double cream cheese and soft butter into a bowl, mix with a fork to a smooth dip and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Pluck fresh chervil from the stems and chop finely with a sharp chef's knife. Put some chervil aside for decoration, as you can see in the picture above. Mix the remaining chervil and sunflower seeds with the dip. Chervil dip with bread chips best served separately in two bowls, so that the bread chips remain crispy.
