Fried potato casserole with savoy cabbage

Fried potato casserole with savoy cabbage gets a particularly hearty taste from Krakauer. Boil the potatoes and put them in cold water to cool down faster. Cut the savoy cabbage into strips. Dice onion and streaky bacon. Cut the Krakauer into slices. Heat 1 tablespoon corn oil in a saucepan. Fry the Krakauer well and remove from the pot. Pour the savoy cabbage into the pot and braise briefly. Add the vegetable stock, cover with a lid and stew the savoy cabbage for 10 minutes until soft. Season savoy cabbage with pepper, salt and coriander and add Krakauer. Preheat oven to 175° and lightly grease a casserole dish. Peel and slice the potatoes. Heat 1 tablespoon corn oil in a pan. Brown the bacon and onions and remove from the pan. Heat 1 tablespoon corn oil in the pan. Prepare fried potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Add onions and bacon to the fried potatoes. For the icing, mix sour cream and a medium organic egg and season with pepper and salt. Mix fried potato casserole with savoy cabbage and fill into the casserole dish or ovenproof pan. Spread the icing over the fried potato casserole with savoy cabbage and bake for 30 minutes on the middle shelf.
