Bruschetta with steak and shallots

3 tbsp Olive Oil
150 g Beef Hip Steak
Pepper from the mill
Salt
100 g Baguette
Garlic
1 Shallots Onion

Bruschetta with steak and shallots is served as antipasti and is a particularly fine variant of bruschetta. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Beef hip steak from both sides 1 minute vigorously sear. Switch temperature to medium level. Steak 2 to 3 minutes medium fry. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap in aluminium foil and let rest for a few minutes. Cut the baguette into slices. Brush the cut surfaces with 2 tablespoons of oil. Place the bruschetta on a baking tray and place in the oven on the top rail. Set grill to level 3. Brown the bruschetta for 2 to 3 minutes. Then rub with halved garlic. Cut the steak and shallots into thin slices. Cover bruschetta with steak and shallots and serve immediately.
