Country potatoes with sour cream

Country potatoes with sour cream
Quantity Ingredient
600 g New potatoes
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Salt
Chili Powder
100 g Middle Ages Gouda
200 g Sour cream

For country potatoes with sour cream I used new potatoes, because the very thin skin can be eaten. Country potatoes with sour cream go particularly well as a side dish with grilled or short-fried meat and poultry. Preheat the oven to 200° and lightly brush a baking tray with oil. Wash new potatoes thoroughly and drain well. The potatoes should all be of the same size so that they cook at the same time. Quarter the potatoes lengthwise, as shown in the picture above, and spread on the baking tray. Sprinkle the country potatoes with salt and bake on the middle shelf for about 35 minutes. Mix sunflower oil with chilli powder and brush the country potatoes with it. Middle aged Gouda with the coarse side e.g. a square grater rub, sprinkle over the country potatoes and bake another 10 minutes. Serve country potatoes with sour cream.
