Ham Carpaccio

Ham Carpaccio

Carpaccio ham is served as antipasti and goes particularly well with fresh Italian white bread or ciabatta. Roast the pine nuts in a pan until they begin to smell. Allow to cool. Season the Carpaccio Balsamico vinaigrette with salt and pepper. Stir in oil. Pluck the marjoram and mix into the vinaigrette. Cut Parma ham into very thin slices and spread on plates. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the ham carpaccio. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Decorate the ham carpaccio with marjoram as desired.
