Noodle soup with turkey meat

40 g Fork Spaghetti
60 g Carrots
20 g Celery
60 g Leeks
150 g Turkey breast
1 tsp Maize Germ Oil
Pepper & Salt
0,5 l Vegetable broth
1 Bay leaves
50 g Peas

Noodle soup with turkey meat is a low calorie but very tasty soup. Put the fork of spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes. If you cook the noodles directly in the noodle soup with turkey meat, the soup would become turbid. Meanwhile peel carrots and celery. Cut carrots into thin slices and celery into fine cubes. Clean the leeks and cut into rings. Cut turkeys breast into thin stripes as shown in the picture above. Pour the cooked fork of spaghetti into a sieve and drain. Heat corn oil in a soup pot, fry the turkey meat in it and season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable stock, a bay leaf and bring the soup to the boil. Add fresh peas. Reduce the temperature to medium and let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the noodles and heat briefly in the noodle soup with the turkey meat.
