Cassler with Remoulade
Quantity Ingredient
1 l Water
400 g Cassler Salmon Meat
750 g Triple potatoes
1 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
40 g Danish Remoulade
1 tbsp Cut leek

Kassler with Remoulade is a simple and inexpensive meal that tastes particularly good with Danish Remoulade. Bring water to the boil in a saucepan. Switch temperature to lowest level. Add the smoked salmon to the meat. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Salt is not required as the Kassler is already spicy enough. Pell potatoes boil. Drain, let the potatoes cool in cold water and peel. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes. Season with salt. Cut the pork loin into slices. Serve Kassler with remoulade and roast potatoes on plates. Sprinkle the remoulade with finely chopped leek.
