Cutlets of lamb

Lamb shredded is a light Mediterranean dish, which tastes very aromatic due to the fresh herbs. Boil the potatoes in the skin. For Cutted Lamb cut salmon into thin strips. Peel the shallots. Depending on size, leave whole or cut in half. Cut garlic into fine slices. Chop thyme and rosemary finely. Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water and peel as desired. The skin of organic potatoes can be eaten with them. Heat oil together with butter in a pan. Sauté shallots and potatoes for 5 minutes. Add sliced lamb. Fry for 3 minutes. Reduce temperature. Add herbs, garlic and tomatoes. Braise lightly until they start to soften. Season the lamb strips with fleur de sel and pepper. Deglaze the roast with a little balsamic vinegar.
