150 g Minced meat
2 cans Tomato puree
0,125 l Red wine
0,1 l Beef Meat Broth
4 tbsp Milk

1 tbsp Fresh Oregano

This Bolognese sauce is served classically with spaghetti. Peel onions, carrots and celery and cut into fine cubes. In a frying pan, let out the butter and sauté the ham. Add the vegetables. Fry at medium temperature until light brown. Pour the vegetables into a high saucepan so that the Bolognese sauce does not splash when boiling down. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the minced meat vigorously and add to the pot. Heat minced meat and vegetables. Stir in tomato purée, deglaze with wine and add broth. Stir the milk into the Bolognese sauce and switch to the lowest setting. Cook the Bolognese sauce without lid for at least 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens. During this time the aromas of the ingredients unfold. Season Bolognese sauce with pepper, salt, oregano and pressed garlic.
