Baked peanuts are easy to prepare and have a long shelf life. Crack the peanut shell. Remove brown skins. In a frying pan, bring the sugar, cinnamon and water to the boil while stirring. Add the peanuts and stir until the water evaporates. When the sugar becomes crumbly, set the temperature to medium. Keep stirring the burnt peanuts until they caramelise. Pour burnt peanuts on a piece of baking paper. Cut burnt peanuts immediately with the help of two forks.
