Shashlik in BBQ marinade

Shashlik in BBQ marinade tastes especially tender and juicy with neck steak. Cut a thick slice of neck steak into cubes. Peel the onions, quarter and divide into wedges. For the BBQ marinade, mix together ketchup, soy sauce, Worcester sauce and white wine vinegar. Season with ground pepper and chili powder. Mix shish kebab with BBQ marinade. Allow to marinate. Thread shish kebab alternately with onions onto skewers. Brush grill pan with corn oil and heat. Sear the shashlik in the BBQ marinade briefly on all sides. Reduce temperature. Fry shashlik for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with BBQ marinade in between.
