20 g Corn Flour

2 tbsp Maize Germ Oil

The American pizza dough is given a somewhat coarser structure by corn flour, which makes the pizza particularly rustic when baked. Mix yeast with lukewarm water and leave to swell for 2 minutes. Mix wheat flour with corn flour and salt and knead in the yeast. Knead the oil under the dough. Pizza dough American covered 60 minutes in a warm place let go.
