The apple cider punch is a light refreshing punch with an intense apple aroma. Wash apple, rub dry, remove stem, blossom and core. Cut the unpeeled apple into small cubes, place in a bowl, sprinkle with calvados and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes. Fill the apple cider punch with well cooled cider and ginger ale shortly before serving and serve with ice cubes.
