Croque with celery salad and tuna fish

Croque with celery salad and tuna fish

Croque with celery salad and tuna tastes very juicy and can also be served as a quick lunch as it satiates well. Pour the celery salad into a sieve and drain well. Pour yoghurt and sour cream into a salad bowl and whisk until smooth. Season the dressing with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Peel the garlic, press through the garlic press, add to the dressing and fold into the celery salad. Drain the tuna well and mix into the celery salad. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Cut fresh Petit Pain or alternatively a small baguette lengthwise with a sharp bread knife and cover with a few leaves of Romana salad. Place the tomatoes on top and season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread celery salad and tuna fish in a thick layer on top as shown in the picture above. Clean leek onions, cut into fine rings and sprinkle over celery salad. Place the top half of the croque on top and squeeze lightly. Place croque with celery salad and tuna on a large plate, serve with a napkin and eat out of hand.
