Yoghurt Oregano Dip

150 g Yogurt
30 g Cream Fraiche
1 tbsp Dried oregano
0,25 tsp Lemon juice
White Pepper
Salt

Yoghurt Oregano Dip is prepared with fresh oregano and tastes the more aromatic the longer it lasts. Yoghurt Oregano Dip tastes good with raw vegetables, but can also be used as a dressing for fried meat and poultry or as a salad dressing. Pour the yoghurt into a bowl and stir in the Fraiche cream with a whisk. Fresh oregano finely cut, as seen above in the picture, and mix under the yogurt. Lightly season the yoghurt oregano dip with a dash of lemon juice, white pepper and salt and keep cool until serving. Just before serving, pour the yoghurt oregano dip into a small decorative bowl and decorate with fresh oregano.
