Canapes with pork medallion

Canapes with pork medallion taste particularly tender and juicy. Dry pork medallion with kitchen paper. Heat the lard in a pan. Brown the pork medallion from both sides briefly at high temperature. Switch temperature to medium level. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Take it out of the pan. Fry the bacon until crispy. Place bacon on kitchen paper and allow to cool. For the canapes, cut the baguette into slightly thicker pieces. Spread thinly with soft butter. Canapes with two strips of bacon and two slices of pork medallion each. Pluck the salad and decorate the canapes with it.
