|120 g||Curry sauce|
|100 g||Turkey breast cold cuts|
|120 g||Edam cheese|
Croque Hawaii is the French version of Toast Hawaii. Due to the creamy curry sauce, Croque Hawaii tastes particularly juicy and piquant. Before topping, fry the toast in the toaster until light and place next to each other on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread on two slices of toast curry sauce from the bottle and cover with two slices each of turkey breast cold cuts. Place the second slice of toast on top and cover with another slice of turkey breast each. Place two well-drained small slices of pineapple each on the Croque Hawaii and cover with one large slice of Edam, as shown in the picture above. Place Croque Hawaii on the top rail in the oven and grill for about 5-8 minutes with the grill at level 3 until the Edam melts and begins to brown slightly. Croque Hawaii can also be baked in the preheated oven at 200° on the middle rail in approx. 10 minutes.
