Chop Suey with beef meat

Chop Suey with beef is prepared in a wok. Cut beef fillet into strips. Marinate in 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Cover dried Mu Err mushrooms with hot water. Leave to soak for 15 minutes. Cut leek into rings. Cut carrots and green pepper into wide strips. Cut onions in half. Cut into strips. Cut leek onions into rings. Finely slice garlic. Rinse and drain soy bean sprouts and bamboo shoots. Finely dice the ginger. Heat sesame oil in a wok. Sauté beef briefly and vigorously. Push beef to the edge. For chop suey, first stir-fry vegetables briefly and vigorously in batches. Drain mushrooms. Mix into the Chop Suey. Add beef to chop suey. Season with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and five spice powder. Pour in broth. Bring to a boil. Mix starch flour with sake wine. Thicken sauce with it. Serve with chop suey with beef basmati rice.
