0,125 l Vegetable broth
3 tsp Sauces Binder
30 g Bacon bacon cubes
20 g Butter Lard
300 g Pork medallions
2 Rosemary twigs
80 g Raclette cheese

Baked pork medallions are prepared in a very aromatic sauce. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Dice the onion. Heat butter in a frying pan. Brown the mushrooms vigorously. Reduce temperature. Add the onions. Season with pepper, salt and thyme. Press garlic through the garlic press and add. Deglaze with wine. Add the broth. Bring to the boil. Thicken with dark sauces Binder. Dice the bacon. Heat 10 g lard in a pan. Bacon crispy fry. Take it out of the pan. Heat 10 g lard. Brown the pork medallions. Add rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the cheese into strips. For baked pork medallions, first pour the mushrooms into two small casseroles. Pork medallions on it. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Baked pork medallions under the baking oven grill, step 3 about 5 minutes lightly brown. Decorate baked pork medallions with fresh rosemary twigs.
