800 g Roast pork salmon
120 g Cheddar cheese
0,125 l White Wine
1 tsp Starch Flour
1 tbsp Cream
0,1 l Water

Stuffed pork salmon roast is prepared with mushrooms and cheddar cheese. Pork salmon roast is best cut by the butcher and have a net with it. For the filling, chop mushrooms, onions and garlic very finely. Saute in 1 tablespoon olive oil until soft. Season with pepper, salt and plucked thyme sprigs. Let cool. Spread meat out flat. Spread mushroom mixture on top. Grate cheddar cheese over top. Stretch netting over a large measuring cup. Roll up meat tightly. Place stuffed pork salmon roast in the net. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a casserole. Brown Stuffed Pork Salmon Roast all around. Some stuffing may ooze out, creating an aromatic sauce. Pour white wine. Put the lid on. Braise stuffed pork salmon roast on medium heat for 45 minutes. Wrap meat in aluminum foil to keep warm. Pour white wine into pot. Bring to a boil briefly. Mix starch flour and cream. Thicken sauce with it. If desired, extend with water. Season with pepper and salt.
