Canapes mit Schinken Pate is quick and easy to prepare. A large fresh baguette roll from the baker weighing approx. 100 g for 8 canapes is sufficient for tasting. For larger quantities you can use a baguette. Cut the cooked ham into very fine cubes and mix approx. 140 g into the mascarpone with a fork. Use the rest of the cooked ham for decoration. 6 green olives and the shallots in very fine cubes cut and with the ham Pate mix. Season the ham Pate with white pepper and salt and spread a little thicker on the canapés. Sprinkle the remaining finely diced cooked ham on the ham Pate and decorate with flat parsley. Halve the remaining olives, cut lengthwise into strips and decorate the canapes with ham pate.
