Bean stew with chicken breast

Bean stew with chicken breast is a quick, easy and hearty stew. Clean and halve the green beans. Peel onions and cut into small cubes. Chicken breast cut into bite-sized cubes. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Heat corn oil in a saucepan and fry the bacon in it. Add chicken to breast and fry well. Add the onions, fry briefly and pour on the vegetable stock. Add the beans and fill the stew with carrot juice. Add a can of tomatoes with juice and roughly chop the tomatoes with a wooden spoon. Bring the stew to the boil with the chicken breast, place a lid on top and simmer for 20 minutes on a good medium heat. Season the beans stew with chicken breast with pepper, salt, chili powder and marjoram. Rinse the corn, drain and warm the stew in the beans.
