150 g Gruyère cheese
60 g Parma ham
1 tbsp Wheat Flour Type 405
1 Eggs
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs flour
1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Baked cheese in a crispy casing goes particularly well as a small snack with a glass of wine or beer. For baked cheese, first preheat the fryer to 170° C. Cut Gruyère into 4 cm long pieces with a width of 1.5 cm. Halve each slice of Parma lengthwise. Gruyère wrapped up in it. For breading, pour the flour into a bowl. Whisk the egg in a bowl. Mix the breadcrumbs, flour and sesame seeds in a third bowl. Turn the Gruyère in flour, pull through the egg and turn the flour in breadcrumbs. Baked cheese is baked in portions for 2 to 3 minutes. Baked cheese tastes particularly good freshly prepared. To serve, baked cheese is best skewered on toothpicks.
