Fried potatoes au gratin
Quantity Ingredient
600 g Potatoes
2 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
Pepper & Salt
1 Onions
150 g Leek
2 Cucumber spice
150 g Cooked ham
0,1 l Milk
1 tsp Starch Flour
1 tbsp Mustard
50 g Grated Gouda
2 tbsp Cut leek

Baked potatoes are prepared with a spicy mustard sauce. It looks particularly rustic when you serve fried potatoes directly from an iron pan. Preheat oven to 200°. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into thin slices and dry. Heat the corn oil in a pan and fry the potatoes for 20 minutes until done. Finally season with salt and pepper. Cut an onion into cubes, clean the leek, cut into rings, slice the gherkins and cut the cooked ham into cubes and put into the pan 10 minutes before the end. Mix milk with cornflour and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in the mustard and season with salt and pepper. Pour mustard sauce over the fried potatoes and sprinkle with grated Gouda. Place the ovenproof pan on the middle shelf in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Cut the chives into fine rolls. Sprinkle the gratinated fried potatoes with it shortly before serving.
