Albondigas with Chili

250 g Minced meat
Pepper & Salt
Chili Powder
Tabasco sauce
0,5 Onions
0,5 Chilli pod
1 tsp Tomato puree
1 tbsp Breadcrumbs flour
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Albondigas with chilli are Spanish hot meatballs. They can be served as tapas hot or cold. Season the minced meat with pepper, salt, chilli powder and a few drops of Tabasco. Cut 1/2 onion and 1/2 chilli pod each into very fine cubes. Mix together with tomato pulp and breadcrumbs flour with the minced meat. Form little albondigas. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the albondigas with the chilli all around. Fry the albondigas at medium temperature for 5 minutes. Drain albondigas with chilli on kitchen paper. Arrange bowls on tapas.
