2 plates Leaves dough
1 Apple
20 g Raisins
2 tbsp Cream
4 tbsp Sugar

Appel Flappen - Apple bags are a Dutch speciality. They taste best warm from the oven and have a particularly crispy crust. Appel Flappen - Apple bags are quick and easy to prepare. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Line baking tray with baking paper. Place the leaves of dough on a lightly floured work surface. Defrost for 10 minutes. Peel the apple and cut into fine cubes. Mix with raisins. Cut the sheets of dough into four squares. Roll out each square slightly from the centre to the edges and fill. Place the dough over the filling to form triangles. Press the edges tight with a fork. Appel Flappen - Brush apple bags with cream. Sprinkle with sugar. Place with some distance on the plate. Appel Flappen - Bake apple bags on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
