Bread rolls with meat salad belong to the classics on the cold buffet. They can also be prepared quickly and easily in large quantities. It is best to use different types of rolls such as poppy seed rolls, wheat rolls, grain rolls or wholemeal rolls, so that everyone can take the right roll with meat salad according to their personal taste. It also makes a bit more of a difference, as the effort itself is rather small. I used approx. 75 g meat salad per roll. Halve the rolls with a sharp bread knife and cover each roll with one leaf of Lollo rosso, as shown in the picture above. The lettuce leaf makes the rolls less soft, they taste fresher and look more decorative. Arrange well chilled meat salad on the rolls as shortly as possible before serving.
