Chili Tomato Dip

Chili Tomato Dip

This spicy Chili Tomato Dip is served in Turkey as a small starter and tastes especially good with flat bread. The Chili Tomato Dip also goes very well as a grill sauce or a side dish with fried meat and poultry. Pour the tomato puree into a small bowl and stir until smooth with olive oil. Grate half of the peel of an untreated organic lemon with a lemon grater and stir into the chili tomato dip. Squeeze the juice of half the organic lemon with the citrus press, mix with the Chili Tomato Dip and season with salt and pepper from the mill. Halve a chilli pod lengthwise and remove the white seeds and skins. Cut the chilli pod into fine cubes and mix with the chilli tomato dip. Cut an onion into coarse cubes, as shown in the picture above, and add. Press the garlic cloves through the garlic press and stir into the chili tomato dip. Use some parsley for decoration. Finely chop the remaining parsley and mix with the chili tomato dip.
