Danish hot dog

Danish hot dog tastes very similar to the original from Denmark. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Turn off the heat. Let poultry sausages steep in hot water for 5 minutes. For Danish Hot Dog, first slice hot dog buns lengthwise. Spread both halves with Danish Remoulade. Drain the cucumber salad. Spread on the bottom halves of the buns. Place sausages on top. Spread with mustard and ketchup. Sprinkle with fried onion. Place top half of bun on top. Danish hot dog is eaten out of hand.
